About the Role:

Join PREMIER CHAMPION BUILDERS LLC as an Apartment HVAC Technician in Houston, TX! In this dynamic role, you'll ensure optimal heating and cooling systems for our apartment communities, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in apartment units.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with residents regarding HVAC concerns.

Requirements:
