ResponsibilitiesAs a Bartender at THE 411 RESTAURANT, you’ll be at the center of the action, crafting delicious beverages and helping create memorable experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day will include preparing and serving drinks with precision, engaging with customers to provide friendly and attentive service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You’ll also assist with inventory management and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations. Whether you’re mixing a classic cocktail or recommending a local favorite, your role is key to delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.
QualificationsWe’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn. No prior bartending experience is required, but a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this role.
