Qualifications/expectations as a Social Services Assistant
Resident advocacy- act as a liaison between residents, staff and families
Emotional and psychological support- provide support to people dealing with challenges, anxiety, mental health etc
Discharge planning- assist residents/families with the transition of going home and having the correct support
Work with staff to ensure correct care for patients
All duties assigned by the director
