Frank & Eileen Guest Experience Specialist

Founded in 2009 by Audrey McLoghlin, Frank & Eileen set out to reinvent the women's button-up using the finest Italian fabrics often reserved for menswear. Named in honor of Audrey's beloved Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a woman-owned, woman-led leader in sustainability and slow fashion. After seventeen years of steady growth through wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Frank & Eileen recently opened its first US flagship storean Irish country house on Madison Avenue, NYC. This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customersall from our HQ in sunny California.

The Role

The Guest Experience Specialist will create an exceptional first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. This role embodies the warmth, hospitality, and storytelling that define the Frank & Eileen brand by welcoming customers and ensuring every customer feels seen. The ideal candidate will create a warm environment and seamlessly connect customers with the right member of our team. This is a seasonal position with full time hours.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers upon entry, creating an inviting and approachable atmosphere.
• Share Frank & Eileen's story, from our Irish heritage to welcoming customers to our flagship NYC store, helping connect emotionally with the brand.
• Assess customer needs quickly and direct them to the appropriate stylist or sales associate for personalized service.
• Support an organized and smooth experience during high-traffic periods by maintaining awareness of store flow and wait times.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure every customer receives attentive service, including offering services and following up with clients as needed.
• Maintain an upbeat, professional presence that reflects Frank & Eileen's values of kindness, craftsmanship, and community.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, tidying of entry areas, restocking, and supporting the team as needed.

Who You Are

• Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer experience required.
• Genuine enthusiasm for people and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with storytelling and brand education.
• Ability to remain poised and upbeat in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and key store events.

Compensation: Hourly Rate from $20-$24
