In this role, you will facilitate seamless communication and assist customers in maximizing their experience on our marketplace. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Guide customers in navigating the marketplace, addressing inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Keep meticulous records of customer interactions within our CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting. Collaborate with other teams to relay customer insights and improve overall service quality. Stay up-to-date on marketplace developments, product offerings, and promotional initiatives to provide customers with timely information. Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and feedback to foster a positive work environment. Requirements Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Comfortable using CRM software and other digital communication tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team setting. Positive outlook and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
