Accurately document interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to report complex partner issues and devise effective solutions. Engage in regular follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of their concerns. Remain up-to-date with product offerings, industry developments, and partner feedback to continually refine support services. Requirements Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and a good grasp of IT systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building relationships. Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools is a plus. Ability to excel in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
